The deck was cut for the installation of a new fuel tank . The tank and hoses have now been replaced and the deck will be put back on with a new non-skid surface sprayed on(same as Viking uses). My question is there anything I should look for during this process to make sure I'm getting my monies worth. I know due to the cold it will take 18-24 hours for the new fiberglass to kick but should I ask the fiberglass guy to do anything special. Freddy (from Viking) is doing the fiberglass repair - anyone know of him or have had work done by him?) . I' ve seen his work on older boats , its incredible . My total for the entire job is $9000.. Does that sound right ? I bought the boat for $21,000. and the motors are impeccable at least from the surveyors point of view. Bob Duane was the surveyor . the boat in question is 92 Luhrs 3420 motoryacht . Any advice would be helpful .
