Enclosure clear plastic

I had the entire enclosure replaced 2 seasons ago and clean and polish routinely with plexus. This season the plastic is getting foggy and I can't seem to clear it up. Canvas company says this happens sometimes but I'm not buying it. My last enclosure lasted 16 years with no issues. Any suggestions?
 
That seems like a short time for fogging up. What is the material ?
Plexus is one of the better protectants.
 
Can't say specifically what material it is but it is thicker than norm and the vendor did the original enclosure etc for the boat manufacturer so I used them for replacement.
Don't want to put their name out here.
 
If it is Strataglass & you used Plexus then you may have stripped the hard coating off.

Strataglass had some issue some years back. Had new enclosure & during second year it started to fog up. Strataglass replaced vinyl & canvas Co. paid to remove old & replace with new. That particular Co. said they would not use it unless customer specifically requested & also signed a waiver.
