I'm having the guys from T and B boatworks put a new engine in my boat. I'm in the Anchorage at b 52....quite possibly, you've heard me cursing or caught the faint whisper of a grown man crying but suffice to say, my starboard side lasted a full 12 seconds this year. never made it running out of the slings.

So, the boys and T and B (great great great guys) are doing a full reman on that side as well as exhaust on the port. Should take a couple of weeks and that works for me.

Qustion, they gave me the option of a new crusader or reman Jasper. A good price difference given the amount of money I got. Jasper is fully remaned with everything new but crank and block. 2 years warantee parts and labor. Crusader, get an extra 40 hp and 18 months parts. Either way, he left it up to me. He has been using Jasper remans for years exclusivley and does much work engine replacments with no issues.....got some other positive notes on them as well.

Wondering if any of you has ever used em'?

BTW, Good engine is crusader 350cid with 800 hours or I'd go both....no need and if not both new then I'd rather save the $$
