After the new enclosure goes up I need to remove the old enclosure studs, fill the holes and blend them into the gelcoat. What should I use? Specifically what product should I use to finish the holes so they blend in with the gelcoat?

Did I see a link somewhere about a product that helps do color matching? I went browsing through the related topics but couldn't find it again.
I would like to make this series of holes disappear. I've filled holes with Marinetex in the past but they were not so visible. These are right on the front of the super structure so I definately want to take more care to fill and finish them.

If you want to do it really right, first you prep and fill the holes with a polyester body filler - the standard automotive stuff works just fine. Then after smoothing the fill job, you apply color matched gel coat and finish the surface.
Depending on the size of the holes an alternative nearly as good repair can be had with "thickened" gel coat - basically it is a paste and is very close to polyester body filler. The advantage is you cut the number of steps roughly in half. You can get color matched gel coat "patch paste" from Spectrum Color as well. I would only use this on small holes and cracks - when cured the gel coat patching material is a bit less flexible than standard body filler and more likely to crack if subjected to flexural loads.
For either approach, proper preparation is the key to a quality and lasting repair.
