Forum Clean Up

[Les Hall]

I'm in the process of consolidating some of the older forum sections that haven't seen much activity lately so you may notice changes here and there. The goal is to make it easier for new people to find stuff of interest. We also have a new forum on Licensing, testing and mandatory eduction hosted by the folks who offer state approved and Canadian exams for certification. Feel free to ask them any questions you may have. Currently, 42 states and Canada require some form of certificate to boat.
