I am using the 1 part Gel Coat repair kit by Evercoat. It's just a tube which you use to fill the scatch, let site for 15 minutes and wipe away the excess.
I am trying this but it does not seem to fill the scratch, everytime I wipe off the excess the scratch is still visible. Do I need to let it dry longer? Anyone ever use this stuff? Is there a better way to repair Gel Coat scratches, I called a place and he needed me to bring the boat to him and haul it for repairs, cost upward of a grand to fix a few scratches, figured I would attempt it while the boat is still out of the water.
