GSB Conditions at this moment

Is there any way to check on the GSB as to how snotty it is before I load up the trailer and get disapointed. We want to go out tonight (21 foot) boat but don't want "Victory at Sea" type of conditions. Does anyone know right now what it's like by Bay Shore?

Winds are forcast from the S at 5 Knots. I just came from jones inlet and it's flat on the ocean. With only 5 knots of wind it should be very nice on the GSB this evening.

flat flat flat. westerly at about 3-5kts. moderate small islands of eel grass, almost no chop. hot as hell.

early morning and later in the evening are usually like glass unless there's a front or low pressure system moving through.
