Has anyone gone through moriches inlet has there been any changes from last year any info would be helpful

Inlet ?? or moriches bay....

We went tru moriches bay in early march.... same as always... marked but u have to be on the money and should try for high tide if u draw any kind of water...

Local Notice to Mariners has buoys 27 and 29 in Moriches off station. Those are two of the real critical ones. Buoy 12 in Shinnecock Bay is missing.
 
I read thay Andy drove his suv across it recently so it seems unchanged.
 
It's Coast Guard government lingo for "not where they are supposed to be"
 
Holy: thats a daily event there.... ( off station ) High tide is friend over in those necks ...
 
If someone has the route thru moriches and the best tides based on the local stations, please send them to me and I will post on LIBI. This topic comes up every year.

Talked to the captain of the Rosie the other day. Says the east side of the inlet is completely closed. Stay to the west along the beach if going outside
