I know there are a bunch of R.O.s experienced with the Chicago Electric Polisher/Sanders from Harbor Frieght so I'm hoping I can get some advice here.
I'm ready to breakdown and either get a power polisher or pay someone else to detail the Silverton this spring. Looking at HF's website I see 2 polishers from Chicago Electric, one for $34.99 and the other for $49.99. Both are 9.8 amps and seem to have the same operating RPM ranges. The only real difference I see with my inexperienced (and ever weaking eyesight!!
) is the more expensive model has a digital display and a side handle while the less expensive has no readout and a loop type handle. So, what are the advantages to the more expensive model? Is it worth the extra money? Am I missing some features?
TIA
