I think it's tIme to move on from boating

And it will probably be better when he is done with it!

Already making the upgrade list. I ran out of items on the OceN so it was time to move on.

New boat looks great Jonathan and I know someone will be getting a good deal on the old one too! Good luck getting it all done quickly!

John

They are both beauts! I was looking at the the pix on PhotoBucket and I'm crying BRBSC on the fueling though. You drive a friggin Bentley! That car cost more than my house.....probably twice! (Big Grin)

Best wishes.

The Bentley isn't mine. Its the old mans car. I was driving that Chrysler 300C SRT8 at the time the pic was taken.

Tomorrow, Friday I take possession of this beauty. Down to Cape May, load some gear on board, have a beer or two and then set out Saturday AM back to my marina.

The seller has been great, he had the boat built, he is giving me the build photo album he took during construction. This was his 6th Post. Talk about brand loyalty.

Can't wait.

Both boats are in a class of their own. Who ever gets the Ocean gets a fantastic buy and what can I say about the new vessel?
Fantastic, good for you Johnathan!
Bill

Congratulations!!!

You must feel like a kid opening his presents.

Took the boat home on Saturday morning. 5 hours dock to dock from Cape May to the Channel Club.

1750 RPM's doing a hair under 30 knots, like 29.7 ish the whole way.

Burn was 66 gph. Not too bad.

Boat is great so far. A big step up. Very well constructed and the boat is just huge. The bridge, salon, engine room, the whole boat.

A lot to clean and polish though..........

I'll post pics after I get is all put away, moving out of the old boat today, OMG, so much stuff on the 48. Can't believe home much that boat held.

Just finishing putting away stuff from the 48.

Now I need to move the 48 out. The price should get it sold soon.

Glad to hear things went well! I would expect the 48 should move quick at that price it a steal.
