The first time we did it, I wiped it down after rinsing. Just put out a couple cotton towels and scooted around on my feet - maybe the butt would have been faster 
Since then though, I just rinse it down and let it dry. Someone here or maybe on another forum said that's all they did and we haven't had a problem being slippery.
Just be sure not to use too much.
