Took a ride over their today and the fences are gone, and the place is all cleaned up. Looks like the marina project is completed. New bulkhead, new decking - very nicely done. Poles reset and protective rubber edge guards installed in between. It was low tide +/- 30min and the depth looked pretty good around the slips in front of the snack shack. No water or electric hook ups added - too bad. Pump out station still present.
