I have a 1997 330 Sundancer.

Any ideas on how to get duplicate door/hatch keys made.

Check the local Harley Davidson dealer. A great number of the marine door locks are the same as the Harley saddle bags.

you should just be able to call your local dealer or Sea Ray direct, and give them the number on your key. They usually have them in stock and/or will mail them to you....for a fee of course.
 
If the lock is made by Mobella, try Southco. They are the factory rep and with the key number they will provide you with a factory numbered "original". Inexpensive too... like $6 a piece.

Any locksmith or home depot can dupe most keys.

I've tried everywhere, but they can't match it.

Will try Sea Ray next, or the lock manufacturer.

Had the same issue on one of our previous boats...ended up at a pretty well equipped ace hardware, and found the lock guy that had a passion to figure it out, and if I recall, used a harley blank... it did not fit perfect, but, did do the job of locking and unlocking...
 
We picked up 2 spares for ours from the Sea Ray dealer. Dealer told us they are all the same...not very comforting.
 
Any new boat dealer should carry the Mobella replacement keys. Just about all boat lines have used them at one point or another. We keep the entire series in stock. If you have lost the key and don't have the 3 digit key number written down, you can look on the inside of the door handle (where you put your fingers to open), and it will be stamped into the plastic.
 
BTW, if it's the sliding door like ours, take the key out before you slide the door. That is how they get broken ;-)
 
Shouldn't be hard, the key's to my SD fit about half the other SeaRay's in our marina. It was not uncommon for a SeaRay owner to find another SeaRay own to open their cabin when they forgot their keys.

As Luis said
Just do a google for Southco-they stock the keys already cut- just give them the number I have done this for my Searays, Formula, and cruisers
 
Please let us know what you do, and how much it cost.

Thanks ... I have 2 keys, and both are bent. Now I know why.
