So far have removed old floor plywood and fiberglass. There is a support stringer in center of floor and a small amount of vertical surface to work with at each end. Looks like the builder hand fit the original plywood floor. My idea so far is to get a piece of 1/4 in plywood and fit it in place and then transfer the pattern onto the new marine plywood. Getting the new floor to have contact around the edges and with the support in the center looks tricky.
