maxum 3300 defective hull

I have a 2004 maxum 3300. Last year when the boat was pulled for storage, it was blocked on the forward keel. The keel was crushed by the weight of the boat. Luckily, there was a forklift next to the boat that kept the boat uprighted at the cost of 2 more holes in the side of my boat. Lucky me. This year, when my boat was pulled for storage, by the marina where it is docked, the keel was crushed again. I can look at approx. 30 other boats in site of my boat, all blocked the same way and do they do not have a crushed keel. Has Maxum had hull issues?
