Active WebCam allows multiple cameras.... bandwith is really the limit since most wireless plan limit you to i think 5 gigs a month.
it's not really a efficient security system since the computer needs to be up and running. Some software (like ATT) doens't reconnect automatically if the computer is shut down although if you run 3G Watcher from Sierra (air card manufacturer) you will automatically reconnect on restart or lost connection.
