Mixing bottom paints

We have some leftover Bottomkote (non-ablative) and some Micron ablative. Neither can is enough to bottom paint the boat so we thought of combining them. We're not concerned about having to repaint again next season so what's the consensus? Can it be done?
 
If they were both ablative or both hard I might take the chance. The two paints you have work on diffrent principles and may be inefective.

Totally different chemistry & ingredients. If you mix them; what happens? Only 1/2 of it ablates ??
 
Paint half the boat on each side and see which performs better!
I wouldn't mix the paints but you could paint half then the other half.
How is that different than 2 boats with 2 different paints docked next to each other?
 
Dave, we thought of that too. How much paint do you think we'd need on a 21' foot Wahoo center console?
