Modify 14 foot Boat Trailer

I plan to modify a 14 foot bunk style boat trailer to carry my soft bottom inflatable. I have a general idea on what needs to be done. But I thought I'd run it by some of you folks first for ideas. Inflatable is 11 foot long about 5 foot wide. Just easier to assemble at home than hauling down to marina bagged up in back of vehicle.

i would include a nose over the top like a snowmobile trailer. this will re-direct the wind flow and reduce the chance of the boat wanting to go airborn. once the nose is secured, then you need limited cross straps to hold it down.

Don, thats a good point. You definitely want to redirect the air.
