Have a great time! I'll be celebrating at a party with my Amador friends; then on Sunday, I'll be attending the Memorial Service of a dear friend's husband. Cancer stole him at the young age of 59.....so sad.
 
I'm so sorry for your and your friend's loss. I am going through that with my good friend who lost his wife at 51 yrs old to cancer. We spent the weekend on his boat cleaning and a run down to Disco Bay. It was a melancholy weekend, but one step he needed and wanted to take. Enjoyed some marina time with Comfortably Numb and had a great breakfast at Korth's.

I won't be able to make the party either...will be boat camping at Brannan Island with 70 of my closest fishing friends for the weekend. Should be lots of fun if the rain holds off. CN will have to report on the festivities so we can live vicariously through him.
 
Best of luck with the fishing! BTW, I'm not too proud to accept striper, fresh or freshly frozen......
