New Marina in brooklyn ?

So far nobody I know .. its posted on two BB;s and no one has gone.

I saw a boat or two there earlier this week but it's still mostly empty.
 
I called and they are waiting on permits.
Sailing club is there and that is it.
Transients are not allowed yet.
 
There were finally boats docked there today. Still haven't made it over there to take a closer look, I'll try to get over there in the next couple of weeks to check it out.
