oil cooler location on 28 Mariner

I should also add that I tried to start the starboard motor and it wouldnt start. I checked the oil and it was full of water. I drained all the water and did an oil change. Tried to start it again and it wouldnt start. Checked the oil and it was full of water again. I am assuming it is the oil cooler. I sold the boat to a friend of mine and trying to help him get it going. Thanks
