We're having a moment like that also. You may/may not be able to see the numbers along the path to West End but wave heights are supposed to be 10' and more later today.

I finished covering mine yesterday.

Looks like we both got the covers on in the nick of time.

This is the weekend I normally winterize and pull my boat. Glad she went because it certainly would be no fun doing it in this weather.

Rommer, where did you get that cover? Looks likecit would work for my Carver. Thanks

Fwiw, we normally winter in water quick is why the cover appears short on the sides. Our second winter with the cover and I can recommend it highly.

Rommer, would it shed and/or hold with snow? Also can you give me a ball park on the price you paid? thanks!!

Are you in HM?

Yes, for this winter anyway. I have work to do in the spring so instead of wintering in the water as we normally do we went north.

It sheds the snow very well as long as you install it properly.

To put the cost in prospective my marina is close to if not slightly over 2 grand to shrinkwrap and they don't allow outside vendors. The cover was under $3000 so it's already paid for in our second season of use.

There have been at least 3 other people on my dock that have switched from shrinkwarp to the poly/vinyl cover this year. Seems every year, more and more people are switching.

I guess that's what happens when you have a captive market and proceed to charge excessive prices. People find other, more cost effective ways.

I saw you covering the boat, I was walking with my dog. I didn't realized it was you. I will keep my eyes open on your boat during the winter.
