Policarbonate Windows

I have a couple of sheets of clear polycarbonate 1/8" and am thinking of replacing my eisenglass side enclosure windows with it. Since the PC is so thick, how is the zipper/snaps attached? Any ideas would be appreciated.

They are glued and stitched. You really can't use sunbrella with the hard windows.

Good advice from Robyn's. Stamoid is the material of choice. Make sure to use Gore Tenara thread.
