Polyethylene(?) door stains

I have a couple of doors that seem to be made of a beige plastic material that feels like polyethylene or some type of softer plastic. They have dirty dark marks that won't come out, looks a little like mildew. I have tried everything in the store with no luck. Any suggestions?

Mr. Clean Magic eraser works on many hard to remove stains. It really is magic!!

Tried it, no go. This material has a textured surface. Its a Parker, maybe another Parker owner has a suggestion.
