We have been boating on the Bay for the last 2 years on our 18 foot Bayliner. Now we want to trade up for a larger boat (probably 24 foot). In the past we have trailered the boat, but now want to put it in a slip, in hopes of getting much more use out of it. Our question is whether it is reasonable to purchase a boat slip in the Baltimore area? Prefer Middle River or Inner Harbor areas - or anywhere close. And reasonable, meaning in price - Have one major mortgage, don't need another!! Anyone have any insight on prices and availability???
