I have tried ever trick I know to get the door out am=nd it will not budge. Removed the screen. Facia cover at bottom. Door will not lift enough to clear bottom track and I'm afraid to force it. Lost a starboard side window on our searay two years ago. Cost of just the window from Taylor was over $8000 and 2 months to make. This curved glass door would surly be more. Would love to know what the actual measurements of original chairs were.
George, my last boat had a sliding glass door with one stationary. The sliding door would lift out over the bottom retaining lip if plastic strip in upper track was removed first. It was held in place with several SS screws. One would remove screws when door was all the way right or left. removed 1/2 of those that were exposed; then slid door to opposite side & removed balance of screws. Then it was just a matter of sliding out strip. The door would lift out easily now. Hope it's the same setup you have.
Problem is the glass door is curved. Removed the facia strip to expose the door bottom rollers. that was ajob breaking them loose after factory install. Just gun shy after loosing that $8000 piece of glass on the Sea Ray two years ago. Shipping the chairs back tomorrow and already have new ones order. Thanks for stinking with me guys. New to me boat so its a learning curve.

Your saying the chairs won't fit?
Did you remove the handle?
The door opens wider then.
Call Regal, they got them in there.
I doubt they did the door after the chairs.
How far is it off? You can also try removing the door lock side molding.
Finally solved why I could not remove door easily. It would appear that early on Regal solved this problem but not until they had already built a number of the 2001 3780's with the slider inside and the stationary door outside. They later switched the doors and added a bar handle to help with the door opening. So that is the rest of the story.
