Removing Water Spots on Port Windows

What's the best way to remove water spots from plastic port windows. They are not glass. Thanks

Try white vinegar full strength and scrub, scrub, scrub. Then apply a polish to prevent future water spots. Also, dry them each time they get wet to prevent the spots from drying on the surface.
