Yikes, I hate that! I got blown onto shore a few weeks ago (pulling out of the slip, engine died, etc.). I kissed a rock too but I was incredibly lucky, just wrinkled the edge of one prop blade a little bit. I'll try to tap it out with a nylon or brass hammer and a block of wood when we pull this boat this fall. Good luck, I feel your pain, hoe the replacement goes well.
