I have an Eliminator daycruiser and I want to make the wooden swimstep non-slipperry What is the best thing to put on to prevent slipping

Thanks

You could try the stick-em backed non skid strips. If the wood is grooved, you can cut the non skid to fit the flats. I've used it on trailer fenders but not on wood but they should be easy to scrape/peel off

You can always try the silicon or resin granules with clear paint.

If you see them striping the pedestrian walkways, ask them for a bit or non-skid in a little paper cup. I got enuff for many jobs. A little goes a long ways.
