Someone To Fabricate(Bend) Acrylic

I need to replace a broken section of an acrylic splash guard off of a 1979 boat. To match the good sections, I need to use dark bronze(2370 color) which is only available in acrylic, and I have been unsuccessful in locating any local source who can fabricate the section. I have the broken piece for the pattern. Any suggestions regarding someone to do this work? I have no real geographic preferences.
 
There's an outfit in Wartrace, Tennessee (no kidding....turn left, and you go to Bugscuffle, right leads you to Bell Buckle....really) named K & A Crylics, 931-389-6684, 512 Blackman Blvd. W, Wartrace, TN 37183. They've been in the acrylics business for about 35 years. I don't know if they do one-off custom jobs, but give them a call. If they can't, I bet they know who could.

Tap Plastic is excellent! I think they still accept work by shipping pattern to them, etc.
 
What are you trying to do bend/ form it? If you can cut the piece you have you might be able to form it by setting up a jig and using a heat gun carefully.
