Hi guys, I hope to pull props and shafts today and send them out for a checkup / repair. I also have a 12"x36" trim tab that's bent, hopefully they can save that puppy too.

Any recommendations? Considering the volume of work (2 nibral props / 2 shafts), I'm willing to travel a bit.

EDIT: After no response in 24 hours, I figure adding SPBM to title gets more action. LOL

A little south of you in Flushing is S&S Propeller.com
Run by Steve & Mike - they did an amazing job on a set of wheels for my boat.
I think Pascal has some work done by them while he was up north

Precision propeller in newbourgh i believe. Also starry night and Hogan use some one regularly. Maybe they will post...
 
When we bought Freedom I had the props done at Hale Propeller in Connecticut. He's the one who invented the system that many use and we were very happy with the work he did.
S&S was highly recommended as well.
 
Starry Night and I use Chuck Gray. He picks our props off, uses prop scan and drops them back. His prices are good. His number is 845 430 3763
 
Chris I have used Chuck as well, and was very pleased with his work, price and turn-around time. Plus he is close by where you live...
 
I left Chuck a few messages but he has not called back.

Is there anyone else near us you would recommend? I'd rather avoid the drive to Flushing if I can. Would prefer someone that does pickup and delivery.

S&S did a set of 34" wheels for me last year and the service was excellent.
Toured the shop and that was the most convicing part..
Clean and had all the right equipment to handle any prop job or even make up custom shafting if needed.

S&S does pickups out on the island- maybe they go north as well?
Give them a call.
