Oh crap. I totally screwed up and comitted to work that weekend. Don't ask me why, but not checking in here much of late, I thought it was this weekend. It's no excuse. What a dope...

I was just writing I'd be there, until the CRS cleared. I apologize.
 
Too many beers? or CRS? Originally the first weekend in August was discussed. But after I posted a poll, next weekend became the preferred one. Looks like this outing will be much smaller. But I bet we have just as fun---or more!!!!
 
Sorry to hear you won't be there Mitch. I was looking fwd to meeting you and talking fishing. Next time...

I wish it was too much beer, LOL. We've had this project going on at work, and it's been busy, very busy. I should check in here more...and stay more tuned in!
 
A very good friend of mine has a family emergency and I need to help out, so I am not going to be able to go to the boat or raft up this next weekend. Duty calls.......have a great time everyone!
 
Liz, I'm sorry for your friend and sorry you have to cancel. You're a good friend to be there for them. You will be missed! In fact, it won't be the same without you!!

I'm still working on finding a way to make it work for Friday. My friends want to leave out of Riverboat at 9AM on Sat. I might have to stay close to home Fri night, so I'm still not a definite 'go for launch'. I will report back soon...
