I just redid some teak trim pieces. I cleaned them with TeKa and then used Interlux teak oil..

Questions is, can I polyurethane over the teak oil??

I would think the poly would need a clean dry surface to stick to. The lil stays oily from I can tell on my boat...For a week or so ha ha!

It stays oily for a few days then it dries up, but it still keeps its color, thats why I was looking into polying them

I've not put polyurethane over teak with teak oil. But using teak oil (on teak) as a sealant coat for varnish is not only acceptable, but prefered. Wet sand the teak oil in with 320 grit to fill the grain.

the cause of failure of finishes on teak is oils and water vaporizing and lifting the coating. I don't see how adding oil to the wood does anything but make the failure problem worse. Why not use stain?

IMHO, oiling teak is a waste of time and money.

And sorry, no you can't put poly over oil.
