Why spend 300 million on a uber luxury yacht only to be limited by utility. This thing can hold a 60' sport fisherman, another 50' luxury runner, a seaplane or helicopter. Along with a full size tennis court. You can do inland exploration easily. If you go to Greenland or Iceland you can easily explore glaciers and volcanoes. You can easily get to a hideout hole for fun scuba with a small boat. All for 40 million.

I can't see this getting into Monaco for the Grand Prix. I suppose he could park it outside and bring in the "small stuff" though.
