OK Since you guys are being so helpful and bored from not sailing maybe one of you has a friend selling one or knows of a good Townhouse/Condo in the Clarkstown, Orangetown, or West Nyack area?

Want to spend about $500K.

Need proximity to the Hudson and Haverstraw

You should have no issue finding something in your price in this area. Bill has a good idea Hank's wife would be a very good contact to deal with if she covers this area.
 
Check out the Hamlets, we have lived there for 26 years and are very happy.
 
I too lived in the Hamlets for about 7 years and I was very happy there! I out grow the townhouse with the kids and move to Nanuet where why are currently still very happy!
