What paint to touch up blocks/manifold, etc

I've got some surface corrosion on the engine blocks, manifolds etc. What (black) paint should I use to touch up? I plan on using a rust converter first and then touch up the paint.

I have always just used plain old Rustoleum. However, engine mfrs usually sell spray paint that matches up with their color. I rebuilt the engines in my boat and painted them myself so I don't match the original color anyway.
I agree with using the rust converter, but you should wire brush the area a little to get rid of any peeling paint or loose rust.
