What to use

I've still got a decent shine and good coat of wax, but still need to spruce her up. Any recommendations on a light duty cleaner which could be applied by hand? What kind of wax should I follow up with?

BTW I saw a guy last weekend using that stuff in an orange bottle which they've been advertising on tv since the 70s. "Safe for all finishes, water still beads after 50 car washes..." I can't remember the brand name, but I don't recall seeing any marine applications in the commercials.
 
I really like the flagship wax too, I just did my entire hull with two coats after a heavy compound polishing.

They still sell it and the name is Nu-Finish. I still use it on my cars and the boat. Still have not found anything that lasts nearly as long. Easy to work with too. I like 3M Marine paste and liquid waxes but they just do not last nearly as long.

I used buff magic and then followed it with 3m wax. This is the first year I have used 3m, but the buff magic is the best thing I have used that brings a shine out.
 
I have been using nufinish on my boats and cars for the past 5 years. You wont believe how long it lasts and how good it looks. Best product out there IMO.
 
Just to clarify, you use the nu finish with a hand pad, what is the process? the site just says no rubbing or buffing. Also will I need to use another wax after or is the nu finish all I need?
 
I use Nu-Finish too. Easy to use lasts along time. I use Future kitchen floor wax on the non-skid, same reason.
 
I'm trying to remove the brown build up at the waterline of a chris-craft express 36. I tried scrubbing with Meguiars boat wash and had no luck. any suggestions of something that wont take the wax off or discolor? the stuff is like calcium build up (not what it is but the closest thing I can liken it to)
 
try colinites fiberglass cleaner,or a polishing compound..The colinites stuff worked great for me and I followed up with there boat wax, really good stuff goo luck...

I also use the Colinite but I'm thinking that I may try the Nu Finish? Can I use the Nu Finish on top of the Colinite? I just had the Compound & Colinite waxing done but it's not as shiny as I'd like it to be?
 
My boat has awlgrip, but could use a polish, would this Nu Finish work well for Awlgrip?
 
Still love the Zaino products. After polishing and waxing their spray Gloss Enhancer simply blows my mind.

Be very careful with your Awlgrip finish. It is a linear polyurethane paint and is quite thin (compared to gelcoat).
