Winterization/Storage/Service on Lower Hudson?

So, the marina I was going to have look after my boat this winter in NJ is pretty much wiped out.

Anybody know which marinas are open for winterization/storage/service business on the lower Hudson for a 40' boat with twin Volvo diesels?
I'd also like to get some work done on the heads and the A/C looked after before putting her back in the water in the spring.

Liberty Landing Marina is accepting boats for both wet and dry winter storage.
