I'm heading north from Miami tomorrow monday.

As most of you know, I'll be driving Nancy/MacinCT's new 2003 Johnson 70 skylounge. Boat is ready, fueled up, fresh out of the yard and we're casting off at 7am.

The trip will be live on Helm Cam and Google earth for the next 2 weeks... We're running some sections of the ICW inside, others outside due to draft so some days will be more interesting than others.

We're about half way finished with the same trip, taking a leisurely pace. Currently in Southport, NC (very nice and convenient Southport Marina). Will mosey on up and be be in Mass by July 4th. We did a combo of inside-outside, so feel free to ask for any recent local knowledge. We draw 5 feet.

Don't forget our rivers are running very high up here so lots of junk is getting dumped in the ocean. I some cases trees are floating just under the water.

I hope you like the Artic Air when you get here :)
 
any way to get the GE to refresh without closing and reopening??

Got ti up an running - looks great. The spots look like they might the stress pattern in the W/S glass - any chance the cam has a polarized lens ?

BTW- might want to wipe the raindrops off the camera lense.

Thanks this is great fun. When will you be in Nantucket??? We will be racing in the Figawi over Memorial Day weekend.
 
Just arrived on Cape Cod following a 'tough' 3 day drive from SW Florida. If I had my choice, I would have much appreciated your mode of travel. Have a safe trip and we'll be following your progress. With our current weather conditions, I would expect 'summer' will arrive here about mid August!!
